Sausage Puffs



Sausage Puffs

Ingredients

1) 3 sheets frozen puff pastry

2) Sausage - 03 nos. halved

3) 1 egg, beaten (Optional - I dint use).


Method


Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Roll out pastry sheets with sausage pieces according to desired shapes.

Brush tops with egg (optional) then bake in preheated oven for about 2o-25 minutes or until golden brown.
